A bit about me

I'm Juli, a Denver-based UX researcher & Customer Insights Analyst with a love for mysteries and puzzles, and a genuine curiosity about what drives people. My interest in understanding human behavior started while studying Sociology at Colorado State University (Go Rams) and eventually led me to user research.

I'm fascinated by the why behind what people do have a passion for deep investigation and digging into complex questions that don't have obvious answers. I’m at my best when I’m collaborating with others, facilitating thoughtful conversations, or sifting through large sets of data to uncover the story beneath the surface. I love connecting insights to action, problem solving and finding creative paths forward, and helping teams turn uncertainty into meaningful solutions.

Fun Fact: The blue on this site is the same blue as the original BIC Cristal pen circa 1950. Felt like the right choice for someone who takes a lot of notes.
